First quarter update: Neither team could get on the scoreboard in the first quarter Saturday night as one promising New Orleans Saints was cut short by an interception by Bradley Fletcher.

The Eagles had the ball inside the Saints' 40 at the end of the quarter.

Key stats: Saints, Drew Brees, 3 of 7 for 32 yards and one interception. Mark Ingram, four carries for 33 yards. Eagles, Nick Foles, 8 of 11 for 55 yards; LeSean McCoy, seven carries for 20 yards.
