Following the first voting returns for the 2025 NFL Pro Bowl, three New Orleans Saints players, running back Alvin Kamara, safety Tyrann Mathieu and punter Matthew Hayball, ranked in the top six at their respective positions.

Kamara ranked fourth among NFC running backs and fifth overall in voting, trailing running backs Derrick Henry (Baltimore Ravens), Saquon Barkley (Philadelphia Eagles), Jahmyr Gibbs (Detroit Lions) and Josh Jacobs (Green Bay Packers). Kamara ranks third in the NFL in yards from scrimmage this season with 1,344 yards, with 894 yards rushing and 450 receiving. Kamara has found the end zone on seven occasions, with six rushing touchdowns and one receiving.

Mathieu ranked sixth in both the NFC and the NFL at the free safety position, trailing Xavier McKinney (Packers), Kerby Joseph (Lions), Reed Blankenship (Eagles), Camryn Bynum (Minnesota Vikings) and Jessie Bates (Atlanta Falcons). Mathieu has three interceptions, tied for the 10th highest total in the NFL, in addition to 45 tackles (35 solo) a forced fumble and fumble recovery in 2024.

Among punters, Hayball ranks first in the NFC and fourth in the NFL behind Tommy Townsend (Houston Texans), Corey Bojorquez (Cleveland Browns) and Bryce Baringer (New England Patriots). The rookie has punted 50 times for 2,204 yards while conceding only 123 return yards. His 29 punts downed within the 20-yard line is the second highest total in the league.

Fans can vote as often as they like to help determine the 88-man roster until Dec. 23 on NFL platforms and NewOrleansSaints.com. Starting on Monday. Dec. 9, fans will also be able to vote on X by tweeting the first and last name of the player, tagging the player's official handle or creating a hashtag including the player's first and last name with all three of these methods required to include the hashtag: #ProBowlVote. During the final two days (Dec. 22 – Dec. 23), social votes will count as double.

Player selections will be determined by the consensus votes of fans, players and coaches, with each group's vote counting as one-third toward determining the all-star players who will be selected to this year's Pro Bowl Games. The NFL is the only sports league that combines voting by fans, coaches and players to determine its Pro Bowl teams. NFL players and coaches will cast their votes on Dec. 27.

The 2025 Pro Bowl Games will take place in Orlando, Florida on Sunday, Feb. 2.
