New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced today that the club has signed cornerback Kaleb Ford-Dement and waived FB Zander Horvath.
Ford-Dement spent time at Kilgore College (2017-18), Old Dominion (2019-20) and Washington State (2021-22) before finishing his college career at Texas State in 2023. The 5-foot-11, 178-pounder, played in 13 games with 11 starts last season and finished with 32 tackles (21 solo), one sack, three stops for loss, three interceptions and seven pass breakups. Prior to signing with the Black and Gold, the Whitehouse, Texas native spent the 2024 offseason with the New England Patriots.
