New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced today that the club has agreed to terms with tackle Landon Young on a one-year contract.

Young, 6-7, 321, is a four-year NFL veteran who was originally selected in the sixth round (206th overall) by New Orleans in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Kentucky. In his career, the Lexington, Ky. native has appeared in 56 games with 12 starts, providing versatility at both guard spots, both tackle positions, as a sixth offensive lineman, and also contributing on special teams. In 2024, he appeared in all 17 contests with five starts, including four at right guard and one at left guard.

At Kentucky, Young appeared in 49 career games with 26 starts, including 24 consecutive starts at left tackle. As a senior, he was a team captain and earned first-team All-SEC honors from conference coaches, as well as second-team recognition from the Associated Press.
