The New Orleans Saints on Sunday announced that linebacker Pete Werner has been downgraded to out and will not make the trip to Kansas City for Monday's game against the Chiefs. Werner, who has a hamstring injury, had been listed as questionable in Saturday's Injury Report.
Second-year running back Kendre Miller is doubtful.
The Saints (2-2) will take on the Chiefs (4-0) at 7:15 p.m. Monday as they try to end a two-game losing streak.
