<span> <span style="">Chad Callais</span> from Central Lafourche High School in Raceland, LA was selected as the Saints and NFL High School Coach of the Week for week two.
Coach Callais has led the Trojans to a record of 2-0, with a combined score of 85-13. Callais began his coaching career at Nicholls State as a student assistant. He then spent a year at Central Lafourche before accepting a job at Henderson State University, a NCAA Division II school located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Callais spent 2000-2004 at HSU coaching the running backs, as well as, performing duties as the recruiting coordinator. In 2005, he returned to Nicholls State to coach the offensive line.
After that season, Coach Callais accepted his current position as Head Coach of Central Lafourche. This Friday, the Trojans will host Bonnabel at 7:00 p.m. As recognition for Coach Callais' success this year, the Saints are honored to donate $1,000 toward Central Lafourche's Football program. The National Football League and the New Orleans Saints are pleased to distinguish Coach Chad Callais' accomplishments this season.
