After being waived by Miami, Rose signed with the XFL's St. Louis Battlehawks in 2023, posting 35 tackles (15 solo) in eight games. Rose returned to St. Louis for its first season in the UFL, recording 45 tackles (25 solo) with two interceptions, three pass breakups, and one forced fumble in eight games.
