New Orleans Saints announced Saturday that the club has signed practice squad running back Jordan Mims to the active roster, placed fullback Adam Prentice on Injured Reserve and elevated practice squad tight end J.P. Holtz and safety Daniel Sorensen (both standard elevations) to the active roster.
