The New Orleans Saints on Tuesday announced that they had terminated the contract of running back Jamaal Williams.

Williams played in 14 games for the Saints in 2024 carrying the ball 48 times for 164 yards with one touchdown. He had nine receptions for 57 yards. In 2023 he had 106 carries for 306 yards with one touchdown and added 18 receptions for 62 yards in 13 games.
